If there is a problem with the condition of the item on delivery, we ask you to refuse to accept delivery. If you open the package and find that there is a discrepancy or any of the items are damaged after signing for it, we must have notification, in writing within 48 hours of the item being signed for. Contact us at info@richcoint.com or telephone us on 1-888-848-4157 and we will be happy to assist you. If on inspection the fault is ours, any costs incurred in sending the goods back will be reimbursed and the items will be replaced. Only if the items cannot be replaced will a refund be issued. Richco International is a wholesaler therefore all products are sold in bulk. If you want to purchase a single unit please call us on 1-888-848-4157 and we will advise if that product can be sold as a single unit along with the price. Please note the price per unit may increase if the unit is sold as a singular pack.

You can track your delivery here. Simply enter the tracking code that was issued in the confirmation email. If you have not received your email confirmation with a tracking link, please check your junk/spam folder before contacting Richco International. Your products will be securely packaged and delivered by a reputable freight company. If you receive your delivery and it is damaged, we ask that you refuse the package. Richco International cannot accept returns on products that have been damaged during delivery once they are signed for. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further information.

Richco aims to ship and deliver products in 4-6 business days. Specific delivery times are stated on each product page. Richco International will always endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, if you do require an express service please call us on 1-888-848-4157 and we will advise if we can express the product you are looking to order. Please note an express service will have additional charges.
